Refund policy

Oh no! Ordered the wrong thing? I got your back! E-mail highcallcustoms@gmail.com for any questions regarding refunds. Customer service is my #1 priority and want you to be super happy with your purchases!

For custom orders and for pre-order stores everything is made to order. Made to order items on pre-order stores are non-refundable.

I do have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return. I know, I don't like timelines either, but hey running a business here gotta set some kind of boundaries to keep my sanity.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You know, so maybe that piece of chocolate your toddler just wiped off on it - that probably won't go through my refund process... Just saying! 

 

If you need to return an item, I offer STORE CREDIT only at this time. Ugh, I know I'm super sorry but with this whole Covid thing blah blah, I just can't give you cash back. I just don't know what to do with my hands. On the plus side, this means you still get to go shoppingggg at your favorite store! (Located at a phone near you) Phone? Or Website? Ah, you decide! 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. They are on sale because I am sick of seeing them in the shop, they need to be on a cute little human body ASAP so I can keep new, exciting merchandise consistently progressing through my store! No offense. But hey it's a win win for both parties - you can thank me later!

Toys are not eligible for a refund or exchange at this time. 

Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return item. Ugh, seriously is nothing free these days?!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Treat the mail guys/gals good though - they are good people! 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. I have a good listening ear or eye. I try to understand to the full extent! 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards... We went over this earlier. Gosh all this "legal stuff" really gets me repeating myself. 

Refunds
We will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to store credit. At this point you can have a little party right at your own couch or wherever you choose to be your happy place and you get to shop at your favorite store! Seriously, thank you - you're the best!
